Astrum Evo was born from the passion of a family of olive oil producers who, for years, have been committed to the production of an oil of the highest quality.
Our journey began in the hills of Trabia, near Palermo, where our first olive grove grew 100 plants of different varieties. Since then, we have expanded our olive groves, growing the best varieties of Sicily.

100% italian
Our oils are 100% Italian, and produced by growing secular and young olive trees in Sicily. The result is an oil that embodies the essence of the Sicilian territory, with an authentic and recognizable flavor.
Variety and versatility
Astrum Evo offers three varieties of extra virgin olive oil - Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola - which suit a wide range of dishes, satisfying the most demanding palates.

While remaining open to innovation, we continue to use traditional methods that ensure a superior quality oil, obtained through artisanal techniques dictated by tradition.
